Blanchards cuisine is creative and sophisticated with flavors from the Caribbean, Asia, America and the Mediterranean. We are thrilled to announce our delicious new menu with both familiar tastes and a fun selection of new dishes.
Long-time favorites such as Citrus Chicken, Sesame-Crusted Mahi, Grilled Crayfish and our famous Cracked Coconut now complement a collection of 25 smaller plates with big flavors. Asparagus Risotto with shrimp, basil and Parmesan, Char Siu Ribs with sweet & sour slaw, Pork Tenderloin with apple butter and Chick Pea Fritters with sweet pea hummus and tahini vinaigrette are just some of the fresh additions. The new charred octopus comes on a bed of farro salad, mint and a white bean puree and Jerk Shrimp is served with sweet potato puree and rum-glazed banana.
The wine list is a Wine Spectator award-winner and yet, the atmosphere is as comfortable as can be. No attitude, no jackets required, no pomp and circumstance. We’ve also added new craft beers and artisanal cocktails that can be enjoyed in the dining room, in the bar or on our new patio.
